Longtime community volunteer and businessman “Cowboy” Phil Lemoine announces his bid for the Louisiana House of Representatives, District 38.
“My background in business as an Insurance Agent/ Consultant and Real Estate Appraiser, and in government as a former City Clerk, Councilman, Mayor and Parish Police Juror, has positioned me to effectively represent the interests of businesses, farmers, educators, first responders and citizens of Evangeline and St. Landry Parishes."
“I genuinely look forward to working with all municipalities and parish governments, civic and recreational clubs and senior centers in District 38."
“I promise that if you send me to Baton Rouge as your Representative, I will not drop the ball. I am committed to holding both the Federal and State governments accountable to the people of our District, whether for flooding, state highway conditions or any other issue important to us. I am confident that I can introduce and successfully pass legislation that will prove to be beneficial to our people. You can depend on me to be accessible to hear your needs and concerns with compassion, respect and dignity."
“My family and I are blessed to live in District 38 where our children, Kate & Beau, grew up and gave us three adorable grandbabies: Jackson, Eli and Harlan Joy. "
